21) St-Julien-Chapteuil - Le Puy-en-Velay

We made it to Le Puy-en-Velay, the place where my Camino started 6 years ago! After a grand total of 2023km on the way of St James, I can say I have walked from home to the ocean! It was a gorgeous day, we walked along rivers and through hills. We arrived at the cathedral in Le Puy around 4:30pm. We then walked to the train station to get our tickets home and then went out for a nice dinner to celebrate! Stopped by the hostel to check Dad's blisters before heading out again to see the light show on the cathedral!

Nous sommes arrivés au Puy-en-Velay, l'endroit où mon Chemin a commencé il y a 6 ans! Après un grand total de 2023km sur le Chemin de Compostelle, je peux dire que j'ai marché de chez moi à l'océan! C'était une belle journée, nous avons marché le long de rivières et de par les collines pour arriver vers 16:30 à la cathédrale du Puy. Ensuite nous sommes passés à la gare pour chercher nos billets de train pour rentrer et nous sommes sortis manger un bon repas pour fêter cela! Puis nous sommes passés par le gîte pour contrôler les cloques de papa avant de ressortir voir les illuminations sur la cathédrale!
